Terms Of Service

GENERAL INFORMATION:Commissioning me means that you agree to these terms. Make sure to read this section first before booking a slot for commission!
I reserve the right to increase the price of a commission during work, if complexity or workload is increased, to compensate.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
I also have the right to cancel the commission if there are issues that occur.
Refunds are not accepted. Upon payment, the work is considered completed and the process will be continued.PAYMENT INFORMATION:I require full payment upfront, unless otherwise specified.
All payments will be completed via Paypal.
There will be an additional rush fee for commissions with short deadlines. This must be discussed with me prior to payment.PROCESS INFORMATION:I take an average of about two weeks per piece. I'm happy to send updates during my process for feedback, any changes at this point are considered free revisions.
After final commission delivery there is one free minor revision. Continued requests for edits will require additional payment.COPYRIGHT INFORMATION:I maintain full copyrights over the pieces I create, including rights to use for promotional material or post on social media.
You may request for the artwork not to be posted. Must be discussed prior to payment.
Commissioned work is for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed upon prior to payment.
If work is intended to be used for commercial use there will be an extra fee, to be discussed prior to payment.When do I charge commercial?
- product is used in stream/premieres that receives direct monetary profit through donations, superchats, ads, etc.
-posting product DIRECTLY onto patreon/kofi (or any donation/support sites).

What I Offer:

BANNERS
$15. Size png determined by what site it's for (twitch, twitter,etc).

SCREENS
$60 USD Static, $90 USD Animated
-Includes a png for static, mp4 for animated, 1920x1080px.
-$15 for each extra screen that ONLY requires a text or color change.

OVERLAYS
$90 USD Static, Animated is available however I charge more if transparency is needed (game overlay for example)
-Includes a png for static, mp4 for animated, 1920x1080px.
-$15 for each extra screen that ONLY requires a text or color change.

PANELS
$20 USD each.
-5 panels for $80.
-Includes 320px png.

LOGO
$60 USD
1000x1000px, Available as a .psd or .png (or both!)
